Mr Local Services is a full-service home services company co-founded by Sergiy M and Eugene B. We connect homeowners across America with personally vetted, locally based professionals who handle everything from routine maintenance to major renovations.
We are not a franchise. We are not a lead-generation website. We are a team of real people who built this company from the ground up because we believed homeowners deserved better.
Our Story
In 2001, Sergiy M and Eugene B were working in the home services industry in Southern California. They saw the same problem every day: homeowners calling contractor after contractor, getting no-shows, inflated quotes, and shoddy work. Good tradespeople existed, but finding them felt like a gamble.
After one too many calls from frustrated neighbors who had been burned by unlicensed workers, Sergiy and Eugene made a decision. They would build the company they wished existed. One where every professional is background-checked and license-verified before they ever knock on your door. One where the price you’re quoted is the price you pay. One where real people answer the phone and stand behind every job.
That decision became Mr Local Services.

Sergiy M leads operations and quality control. He personally vets every professional and reviews every credential before they join the team. If a job needs to be escalated, Sergiy handles it himself.
Eugene B oversees customer experience and growth. He ensures every homeowner interaction meets the standard they set together in 2001. Eugene still reads customer feedback daily.
