Mr. Local Services started in 2001 after our founder spent years finishing remodeling jobs other contractors had abandoned halfway. Homeowners kept describing the same story: a low bid, a rising price, and a crew that stopped showing up. He built this company to run the opposite way.
Seventeen years later we are still independent and family owned, with in house crews, a licensed general building contractor at the helm, and an owner who walks every project at rough in and at final. That is what we mean by one contract, one crew, done right.
