Who They're For and What They Solve
Interior painting is the preparation and repainting of surfaces inside a building walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and baseboards. Real interior painting is mostly preparation: filling nail holes, sanding rough patches, caulking gaps, masking edges, and priming bare or stained areas before a single finish coat goes on.
Homeowners, landlords, and property managers need it when a space stops looking cared for. That includes preparing a house for listing, turning over a rental between tenants, finishing a renovation, covering water or smoke damage, or simply moving away from colors chosen by someone else a decade ago.
Done properly, interior painting restores clean, even surfaces and protects drywall and woodwork from moisture and wear. Left alone, small problems spread. Peeling paint pulls at the surface beneath it, stains bleed further, and what began as one wall becomes a full-room repair costing considerably more.
Is It Time?
Most people know something looks off before they know what to call it.
Our Services
Interior painting is not one task it is several distinct disciplines, each with its own preparation, products, and technique.
We patch nail holes, sand rough areas, caulk gaps at seams, and prime bare or repaired drywall. Two full finish coats follow, rolled and cut in by hand for even coverage and sharp edges at every corner.
Ceilings show every flaw under overhead light. We block water stains with a dedicated primer, then apply flat ceiling paint by roller or sprayer depending on the surface. Textured and smooth ceilings are handled differently.
Trim work is detail work. We sand, caulk, and apply enamel or semi-gloss to baseboards, casings, doors, and crown molding. Hard, washable finishes hold up where hands and furniture make contact.
Occupied homes are painted room by room so you always have usable space. Vacant properties and rental turnovers are done in one continuous push to meet a listing or lease date.
Not sure which approach your situation needs? We assess first and recommend only what’s necessary, no upsells.

How It Works
Call 951-458-6466 and we schedule a walkthrough. We measure every room and note repairs, stains, and trim conditions.
You receive a fixed written quote itemized by room, including primer, patching, coats, and finish. Nothing is added later.
We cover floors and furniture, complete all repairs and priming, then apply two coats. Most homes finish in three to five days.
We walk every room with you, correct anything you flag that day, and register your two-year workmanship warranty.
Pricing
We publish real numbers because vague pricing wastes everyone’s time. Most interior projects fall between $400 and $900 per average room, with full-interior jobs typically running $3,200 to $7,500.
Four factors move the price: total square footage and ceiling height, the amount of repair and priming needed, how much trim and door work is involved, and the paint grade you select.
Your written quote includes primer, patching, caulking, two full coats, and daily cleanup. Call 951-458-6466 for a free estimate with exact figures for your rooms.
Two full finish coats, always. A single coat leaves uneven sheen and lets the old color read through, especially on color changes.
Yes. We paint room by room in occupied homes so you always have usable living space and a clear path through the house.
Yes. Primer, patching, and caulking are all included in your fixed written price. They are never billed as extras afterward.
Most three-bedroom homes finish in three to five working days. Single rooms are usually completed in one day.
We move and cover standard furniture ourselves. For pianos, safes, or oversized pieces, we ask you to arrange that beforehand.
That's common after a roof leak. Our ceiling painting service includes stain-blocking and finish options for ceilings alone.
