Who They're For and What They Solve
Electrical installation is the work of adding new electrical capacity to a building rather than fixing what already exists. It covers running new branch circuits from the panel, mounting and wiring devices, connecting equipment, and terminating everything to code so the system carries load safely and passes inspection.
Homeowners need installation when a project creates demand that the current wiring was never built to serve. A kitchen remodel, a home addition, an EV charger, a new range or dryer, a workshop, or a finished garage all require circuits and outlets that simply are not there yet.
Installation solves the gap between what you want to plug in and what your system can actually support. Skipping it leads to overloaded circuits, chronic breaker trips, extension-cord workarounds, and failed inspections. Done correctly the first time, it adds permanent, code-compliant capacity to the property.
Is It Time?
Most people know something needs to change. Here is what that usually looks like.
Our Services
Our electrical installation work spans everything from a single new circuit to wiring an entire structure.
We run new branch circuits from the panel to wherever power is needed, sizing the conductor and breaker to the load. This is the fix for extension-cord dependence, appliance additions, and rooms that were built with too few receptacles. You get a permanent, correctly rated circuit.
We mount and wire light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, dimmers, receptacles, and smart controls, including boxes and bracing where none exist. This is the right approach when the circuit is already present but the device, location, or control needs to change. Everything is terminated and tested.
We install 240V connections for ranges, dryers, water heaters, EV chargers, HVAC equipment, and sub-panels. We verify the panel can carry the added load before quoting, not after. The result is equipment connected on its own correctly sized circuit, ready for use and inspection.
For additions and new builds, we lay out and wire the full structure while walls are open, set boxes, and pass rough-in inspection. We return after finishes for trim-out, installing devices and fixtures and testing every circuit before final sign-off.
Not sure which approach your situation needs? We assess first and recommend only what’s necessary, with no upsells.
Why Homeowners Choose Mr. Local Services
Every installation is performed by a licensed electrician to current National Electrical Code standards, which is what makes the work inspection-ready on the first visit.
You get a written quote before anything is opened up, and the number on that quote is the number on the invoice unless you approve a change in writing.
We pull the permit, coordinate the schedule, and meet the inspector ourselves. Clients never file paperwork or take a day off to wait.
Our installation labor is backed in writing. If something we installed fails because of our workmanship, we return and correct it.

How It Works
Call 951-458-6466 and tell us what you are adding. We ask about the equipment, the location, and your timeline, usually in under ten minutes.
We inspect the panel, run a load calculation, and measure the circuit path. You receive a written quote with scope and price, typically within one business day.
We pull the permit, then install on a confirmed date and arrival window. Most single-circuit installations finish in one visit.
We meet the inspector, test every circuit under load, and walk you through the work before we leave.
Pricing
We quote in writing before any work starts, and we would rather give you a real range now than make you call to find out.
What drives the price: the length and difficulty of the circuit run, whether walls are open or finished, the amperage and equipment being connected, whether your panel has capacity or needs work first, and local permit fees.
Typical ranges: a standard new 120V circuit and outlet runs $250–$600. A dedicated 240V appliance or EV charger circuit runs $600–$1,800 depending on distance and amperage. Full remodel rough-in and trim is quoted by scope after a site visit.
Panel capacity is checked before we quote, never after.
In nearly all cases, yes. We pull the permit and meet the inspector as part of the job, so you never handle the filing.
Most single-circuit installations finish in one visit of two to five hours. Remodel rough-in depends on square footage and is scheduled around your framing.
We run a load calculation before quoting to confirm. If a load calculation shows your service is maxed out, our electrical panel replacement what upgrading involves and what it costs, so you can plan both jobs together.
Rough-in is wiring run while walls are open, before drywall and inspection. Trim-out is installing devices and fixtures after finishes are complete.
Yes. Our installation workmanship is backed in writing, and we return to correct anything that fails because of our labor.
Absolutely. We install customer-supplied fixtures, chargers, and appliances, and we will confirm compatibility before scheduling.
Call 951-458-6466 with your project details and we will schedule an assessment and send a written quote.
Send us the details and we will return a written installation quote the same business day. Licensed electricians, permits handled, workmanship guaranteed.
