Mr. Local Services started in 2001 after our founder spent a decade framing houses and kept getting called back to fix other people’s decks. Rotted ledger boards, missing flashing, deck screws in shear. He decided decks deserved a crew that treated them like structure, not furniture.
Sixteen years later we are still family owned, still licensed and insured, and still deck builders by choice rather than by convenience. The owner walks every job before framing starts and again at final inspection. Built right, built to last, on every single deck.
