Who They're For and What They Solve
Flooring installation is the full process of putting down a new floor surface, not just laying planks. It covers measuring the space, removing old material when needed, inspecting and preparing the subfloor, acclimating the product, then installing it using the method the manufacturer requires for that specific material.
Homeowners need flooring installation after buying a house, finishing a remodel, or living with worn carpet and dated tile long enough. Landlords and property managers call between tenants. The common thread is that the existing surface has reached the end of its life and the room needs a fresh start.
Done properly, installation gives you a level, quiet, sealed floor that holds its manufacturer warranty for decades. Done poorly, you get gaps, buckling, squeaks, and lippage within two seasons. Most of those failures trace back to skipped moisture testing or a subfloor nobody bothered to check.
Is It Time?
Here is what usually pushes people to finally make the call.
Our Services
We install every major flooring category, and each one uses a different method and prep standard.
Solid and engineered wood installed nail-down, glue-down, or floating, depending on the subfloor and the product. We acclimate material on site first and document moisture readings, because that step is what keeps boards from gapping in dry months.
Porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone set in thinset or a mortar bed with proper waterproofing membrane in wet areas. We check for flatness before setting, since lippage between tiles comes almost entirely from an unlevel substrate.
Click-lock floating installs and glue-down LVT, both with the underlayment the manufacturer specifies. These are the most forgiving materials to install and the least forgiving of a subfloor that was never flattened.
Stretch-in over cushion for residential rooms and glue-down for commercial traffic. We power-stretch rather than knee-kick, which is why our carpet does not ripple a year later.
Not sure which approach your situation needs? We assess first and recommend only what’s necessary, no upsells.

How It Works
Call 951-458-6466 and we book an in-home measure within 48 hours, usually same week.
We measure, check the subfloor and moisture levels, then hand you a flat-rate written quote. No obligation.
Old material out, subfloor leveled, product acclimated, then installed to manufacturer spec. Most rooms finish in one to three days.
We walk the floor with you, clean up completely, and issue your 5-year workmanship guarantee in writing.
Pricing
We will give you real numbers instead of telling you to call for pricing.
Installation labor typically runs $3 to $7 per square foot for luxury vinyl and laminate, $5 to $12 per square foot for engineered and solid hardwood, $7 to $15 per square foot for tile and stone, and $1.50 to $4 per square foot for carpet. Material is separate.
Four things move that number: the material you choose, whether old flooring needs removal and disposal, the condition of the subfloor, and layout complexity like stairs, diagonal patterns, or tight transitions.
Your written quote covers all of it upfront. Call 951-458-6466 for a flat rate on your exact square footage.
Most single rooms finish in one to two days. Whole-floor projects typically run three to five days including prep and acclimation.
Only if it is soft, uneven, or moisture-damaged. We inspect and tell you during the free measure, before you get a price.
